Terms of Use — EV UA

1. General Provisions

EV UA is a mobile application for finding and planning electric vehicle charging in Ukraine and Europe, developed by a private entrepreneur Oleksii Bodnia (hereinafter — "Developer").

By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree — please do not use the application and delete your account.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

To provide the service, we collect and store the following data on the server:

Email address — used for identification and account sign-in.
Username — displayed in the profile and reviews.
Google or Apple identifier — used when signing in via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple to link the account.
Saved routes — data about routes you have saved between charging points.
Saved places — locations you have added to bookmarks.

Legal basis for processing:
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — performance of a contract (provision of application services);
- Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.

3. Analytics

The application uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics, including:

button and interface element interactions;
interactions with map markers;
navigation between screens.

No personal data (name, email, identifiers) is transmitted to the analytics system. Data is collected exclusively in aggregated, anonymized form for the purpose of improving the application.

4. Third-Party Data

The application uses data from the following open sources:

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your personal data is stored for as long as your account is active.

You may submit a request to delete all your data by contacting us using the contact details specified in Section 7. Data will be deleted within 30 calendar days of receiving the request.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (Articles 15–20) and Ukrainian law you have the right to:

Access — obtain information about what personal data we process about you.
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your personal data.
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to data processing at any time (where consent is the legal basis).

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

For users who are residents of the European Union, the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply, in particular with regard to data subject rights and cross-border data transfers.

The Developer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. You will be notified of significant changes through the application.
