EV UA is a mobile application for finding and planning electric vehicle charging in Ukraine and Europe, developed by a private entrepreneur Oleksii Bodnia (hereinafter — "Developer").
By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree — please do not use the application and delete your account.
To provide the service, we collect and store the following data on the server:

Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — performance of a contract (provision of application services);
- Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.
The application uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics, including:
No personal data (name, email, identifiers) is transmitted to the analytics system. Data is collected exclusively in aggregated, anonymized form for the purpose of improving the application.

Your personal data is stored for as long as your account is active.
You may submit a request to delete all your data by contacting us using the contact details specified in Section 7. Data will be deleted within 30 calendar days of receiving the request.

The Developer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. You will be notified of significant changes through the application.
